Genii NLAP is built on Google BIGQuery and will connect to all the major Voice Analytics platforms to enhance your customer insights. It also has its own Voice Analytics platform for customers who have not yet invested in one of the major Voice Analytics platforms.
Genii NLAP also uses a "pay as you use model" which means you are not required to analyse every single call. In addition, there is no CAPEX layout which means you can easily afford to run some or all your calls through the NLAP platform without breaking the bank
